Durable findings

  1. Runtime healthy, but only partially independently verified. Restore and model heartbeat succeeded; context is comfortably below the advertised ceiling. The preferred log is not stale. Do not infer backlog from the canonical/model line-count difference.
  2. User-facing current context changed materially. The latest durable recent-topic signal is Hamburg travel and a highly rated, 5–15 minute walk from Hauptbahnhof for counter/self-service coffee and food. Business hours, ratings, terminal availability, and walk times are transient and must be rechecked live before reuse.
  3. Polling architecture is clarified. The user wants the new control plane before the native/sessionless backend: persistent arbitrary-timing watches → durable queue → dedupe/debounce → dispatch adapter. ACP resume is only the transitional adapter; later replace it with prompt-builder → fresh backend turn. Shadow mode and visible subagent lifecycle are explicit safety requirements.
  4. Generated model identity is still wrong. continuity-summary.txt says kimi-for-coding/k2p6, contradicting context-guard.json, heartbeat metadata, and the live model (openai/gpt-5.6-terra). Fix the source/configuration that generates it; do not edit the generated file directly.

The main risk is silent divergence: heartbeats succeed while generated continuity still advertises an unavailable model, and notices/index maintenance has historically re-injected obsolete duplicates. Keep the new poller isolated and shadow-only until restart recovery, timing, dedupe, and lifecycle visibility are proven.

## Open actions / hypotheses

- Keep open the existing high-priority action to repair scheduled-worker model/config selection and prove two clean runs.
- Keep open the existing polling-control-plane design/staging action; the prior architecture-review job timed out after malformed empty-input tool calls and is non-evidence. A future review should use a narrow, read-only tool path.
- Keep open decision-state refresh, provider-ceiling proof, independent timer/subagent/observability/backlog verification, semantic-memory cleanup, notice-source hardening, and the resumable YouTube archive follow-up. These are not resolved by healthy heartbeats.
- No new curated-memory proposal is warranted from the latest travel/event and food turns; they are transient. The user’s existing housing and continuity preferences remain the durable memory anchors.

## Blockers / missing tools

- Native Matrix-lite timer/subagent status tools were not exposed in this worker, so pending timers, jobs, and approvals could not be independently checked.
- `observability.jsonl` was not available in the reviewed state; `turns.jsonl` was not independently readable in this cycle. Therefore `missing_runtime_entries`/`needs_sync` could not be independently rechecked here, despite the memory heartbeat reporting a healthy source merge.
- A diagnostic bash call using an inline `python3 -c` was denied by policy. This was non-fatal; read-only file inspection continued.
