Findings

2. Current user context: Hamburg trip and high-rated counter/self-service coffee/food search remain the most recent durable conversational context. Business hours, ratings, terminal availability, and walking times are transient and must be re-verified live before reuse.
3. Open architecture work: the isolated polling control plane action remains open: arbitrary per-watch timing, durable queue, dedupe/debounce, retry/backoff, deadlines, wake budgets, shadow mode, and visible subagent lifecycle. Transitional ACP resume is still distinct from the planned prompt-builder/native backend.
4. Persistent maintenance debt: scheduled-worker model/configuration repair is still open; prior generated-state reports repeatedly identify obsolete kimi-for-coding/k2p6. decision-state.json is stale (updated 2026-05-27).
