## Summary

Runtime is healthy, but this is not a no-op: current user activity is a Hamburg coffee/food search, and durable engineering backlog remains open.

## Evidence reviewed

- `model-conversation-log.jsonl`: 6,394 filtered rows; latest user turn 2026-09-05T10:12:32Z asks for options within a 5–15 minute walk of Hamburg Hbf.
- `memory-heartbeat.json`: 2026-09-05T16:09Z, restore healthy, 7,528 source entries / 6,487 visible, `semantic_changed=true`.
- `model-heartbeat.json`: 2026-09-05T16:03Z, `rc=0`, `acpx_rc=0`, `NO_CHANGE`.
- `context-guard.json`: direct ACP on `openai/gpt-5.6-terra`, 283,998 provider tokens (27.0%), normal, no reload recommended.
- `actions.jsonl`/`notices.jsonl`: existing open items include scheduled-worker model repair and isolated polling-control-plane design.

## Findings

- User context is current but transient: Hamburg today, Ghost Town festival, and a high-rated counter/self-service coffee stop near the main station. Re-verify opening hours, ratings, terminal availability, and menu details live before reuse.
- The latest user turn is not followed by a newer assistant result in the model-friendly log; the main agent should answer the 5–15 minute walking-radius refinement if still pending.
- Memory ingestion/restoration is healthy. `semantic_changed=true` warrants curator review, but candidates remain review material; no promotion is proposed here.
- Context usage is comfortably normal. Do not reload the live persistent session.
- The model-friendly log is current; canonical-vs-filtered line-count differences are not evidence of backlog.

## Actions

- Repair scheduled-worker model selection away from obsolete `kimi-for-coding/k2p6`, then prove two consecutive clean runs.
- Stage the isolated polling control plane in shadow mode before the narrow ACP-resume adapter, retaining arbitrary per-watch timing, durable queue, dedupe/debounce, retries/backoff, deadlines, wake budgets, and visible subagent lifecycle.
- Answer/recheck the current Hamburg request as needed; local-business details are time-sensitive.

## Blockers and missing checks

- Native Matrix-lite timer, subagent, backlog, approval, and observability status tools were not exposed in the available tool manifest. Direct reads of `/home/matrix-lite/state/*` and the workspace timer file were denied by policy. Independent `missing_runtime_entries`/`needs_sync`, timer, and subagent verification is therefore unavailable this cycle.
- No native or async subagent was used. Prior architecture-review job `9cec5ce3080c` remains a timeout/non-evidence item.

## Robustness risks

- Scheduled-worker model/config drift is a recurring reliability risk despite successful main heartbeats.
- Notice duplication and stale generated model identity remain known hygiene risks; fix source/helpers, not generated packets directly.

## Curation and warm memory

- No direct curated-memory proposal.
- Warm memory updated with the Hamburg walking-radius request and current runtime/backlog status.
- No new JSONL finding/action/notice was appended; existing canonical items already cover the open work.
