Summary

Runtime and memory heartbeats are healthy, but maintenance is not a no-op: the generated continuity summary still has an obsolete model identity, structured decision state is stale, and several verification/cleanup actions remain open. No newer user conversation is present in the preferred model log; this is not evidence of missing messages.

  2. Direct ACP context is presently well below guard thresholds, but observed_provider_ceiling is null. The prior ~300k compaction concern remains an unverified runtime risk; do not infer safety from the advertised 1.05M limit.
  3. The preferred model log ends with the user’s 2026-08-17 Google interview-talk preparation and a temporary OpenAI-auth recovery. Treat housing inbox follow-up and local YouTube archive as pending user-facing work, not active background jobs.

## Summary

- `context-guard.json`: direct ACP normal, 184,658 provider tokens (17.6%), no compaction detected; live/configured model `openai/gpt-5.6-terra`; latest logged user/assistant turn is 2026-08-17.
- `continuity-summary.txt` line 4 still says `kimi-for-coding/k2p6`, contradicting context guard and pinned state. This remains a source/generator defect; generated output was not edited.
- `memory-candidates.jsonl` still contains 11 exact `status=candidate` rows (mostly July–August housing/runtime/YouTube signals); `semantic-candidates.jsonl` has no exact candidate-status matches in the inspected portion and reviewed old rows are marked stale. Candidates remain review material, not facts.
- `decision-state.json` last updated 2026-05-27 and still contains multiple old active/open threads. `notices.jsonl` retains the canonical stale-model, decision-state, semantic-memory, control-plane, provider-handoff, housing-inbox, and YouTube notices; no duplicate pruning was performed this cycle.

- Native Matrix-lite timer, subagent, backlog, and observability status tools were not available in this worker; the extended-tool manifest exposed web/browser/vision/approval services but not those status APIs.
- Direct reads of `/home/matrix-lite/state/turns.jsonl` and `observability.jsonl` were not performed/available through the supplied worker surface. Therefore no claim is made about backlog or current live activity beyond model-log and heartbeat metadata.
- No approvals were requested; no backend/session reload or replacement was performed.
