This is the same pattern observed since 2026-06-24 and cleaned in the 10:11Z cycle.
4. Status tools unavailable. The Matrix-lite native status tools (matrix_lite_status_*) are not exposed through the extended-tools proxy, so live timer/subagent/session inspection is not possible from this worker.
5. Context guard unchanged. Still in warn stage at 76.0% / 82.3%; handoff threshold (~85%) not reached.
6. No open candidates. Memory and semantic candidate backlogs are empty; no promotion/demotion work needed.

• Read access denied for /home/matrix-lite/state/turns.jsonl, /home/matrix-lite/state/observability.jsonl, /home/matrix-lite/state/approvals.json, and /home/matrix-lite/workspace/state/timers/timers.json. Chat activity is verified through model-conversation-log.jsonl and memory-heartbeat.json instead.
• This worker runs on k2p6 while the live persistent-chat session is k2p7; model identity mismatch in generated summaries is a known cosmetic issue.

Risks / Robustness Notes

• The recurring duplicate-notice injection from directed/index.json is the most persistent operational noise source. Hardening the helper would eliminate the recurring cleanup task and reduce the risk of stale blockers being presented to the main agent.
• The 02:39Z curator rc=1 shows the heartbeat agent still depends on a tool pattern (Read/Edit on generated state files, bash heredoc) that is periodically denied. The daemon retry succeeds, but repeated partial failures create noise and could mask a real failure. Consider moving the curator's append/write operations to a more policy-stable helper (e.g., the python3 one-liner workaround that already succeeded).
• Context pressure is stable but the session has not handoff/reset since the direct-ACP epoch began; continue monitoring as the guard approaches 85%.

Curated-Memory Proposals

• None new this cycle. No durable user signals appeared since the last turn. Existing curated items (housing urgency, Google-job timeline, communication style directive) remain current.
