Findings

4. Stale duplicate notices re-injected and cleaned. The directed/index.json update helper at 2026-07-02T16:16:24Z appended a resolved ChatGPT-alternatives curation notice and a duplicate of the hardening notice. This is the same pattern observed repeatedly since 2026-06-24. I removed the two stale/duplicate entries, leaving six canonical open notices.

Blockers

Backlog Plan

• Main agent or curator should address the open notices in notices.jsonl:

1. Refresh decision-state.json with resolved/updated threads.

2. Audit and clean semantic-memory.json garbage entries.

3. Fix stale model identity in continuity-summary.txt via the source/memory helper.

4. Harden directed/index.json update helper to skip resolved/obsolete source reports.

5. Monitor context-guard warning as conversation resumes; prepare handoff if handoff threshold is crossed.

Operational Risks / Robustness Notes

• Context pressure: The session is at 75.2% context. A reload/handoff may be needed within the next few active turns. Ensure continuity artifacts (session packet, curated memory, recent-topics) are current before any reload.
• Notice re-injection cycle: Until the directed/index.json helper is hardened, stale duplicates will keep reappearing in notices.jsonl. Each scheduled synthesis turn currently has to clean them, which is low-cost but noisy and risks masking real blockers.
• Stale generated summary: The continuity-summary.txt model identity mismatch is cosmetic but could confuse reload continuity if not fixed at the source.

Curated-Memory Proposals
